  • Pop,
By the age of 15 we all knew how to make you a scotch for you
Every Saturday afternoon after you would bet on the horses we would meet at yours for a bbq
As we grew older and time went by
We realised time was not on your side
Fading away in front of our eyes was not easy
But still everyday you would have your whisky
We all love you so much we know it’s too late to say
But I think you knew we loved you with all our hearts anyway

Will always be thinking of you pop

  • R.I.P to the most amazing pop anyone could ever ask for, you had time for everyone and anyone, you helped me through my life a lot, you weren't only my grandfather you were also like my father. You showed me how to do everything like a father should and I am so grateful for that pop. You and nan have made a pretty amazing family I have to admit and pretty big one too. We have so many good memories together and I will treasure them memories forever. Thank your so much pop for teaching me how to use tools and paint brushes even thought I'm a girl it's good to know that stuff. Thank you for getting me where I am today pop. R.I.P forever in our hearts ❤️

  • Uncle Glen gave me my first job and helped me get my first car. We painted that beast metro skip blue. He only gave me one driving lesson that was enough then he paid for an instructor to try and teach me instead. Haha. Taught me so much and always had me laughing. CHEERS TO YOU UNCLE GLEN.xxx

  • Saturday night BBQ's at Riddell Cres is where my fonest memories are etched in my heart. 'Make me a scotch will ya, and don't forget ONLY 4 ice cubes, any more than that is a wasted drink'.

Mr Walker, my childhood was enriched by your wisdom, understanding, acceptance, softness, generosity, guideness, dance moves & most of all the laughter! I can't thank you enough for playing such a pivotal role in the women I stand to be today. The world has lost one of it's last true gentleman. From the depth of my heart, loving you forever, Anna xo

  • The memories I had with pop is endless, I remember the day he told me to come to him if I wanted to learn about tools and pretty much everything, many memories with me and pop share jokes and great conversations, our grandfather has lots of memories with all our dear family, there's just countless ones to talk about. Our grandfather/father was truly and inspiring role model with lots of great jokes and funny stories, the walker family is sadly gonna miss you pop, we have all enjoyed the memories and the laughter with you pop, now it's time for you to share you stories and jokes with the family that's also passed away, it's gonna be hard without you pop, you truly are our legend.
