My favourite memories of Kerrie are how she was always smiling. Her smile always lit up her face. You can see that smile in the photos above. I also remember having a long phone conversation with her a few years ago and thing I remember most was how she talked about her girls and how super proud she was of all of them. I remember Kerrie as a very selfless and caring person who will be missed by many.
Angela MonteleoneMy favourite thing about Aunty Kerrie was the way she always looked out for us. Whenever we got together, if there was something dangerous or upsetting going on (and lets face it, our get-togethers always had at least one argument), she would seek out us kids and make sure we all feeling ok, and we weren't afraid or upset. Even when nothing was going on, she would check up on us to make sure we were having fun, had enough to eat etc. Even when my dad and I weren't getting on so well, Aunty Kerrie kept track of me, made sure everything was going well.
R. McElhinneyIf there is one thing that I would say about Aunty Kerrie, it's that she cared.
Too many
Kathy McElhinneyI love the memories of doing dishes together when we were little, singing “ billy don’t be a hero “ and “the whale song” really loud, lots of laughing and a lot of mess and the way she always made me feel like I was important to her and I think the my most favourite thing about her was her.
May you forever be in our hearts and memories. We are going to miss you dearly. Love you always and forever your baby girl.
