Words do not seem enough to express our sadness to you all about the loss of Michael. Although we only new him for a short time he always made us feel so welcome and always had time for a chat. He was a good guy and will greatly missed.

You have a community of family and friends around, to support you now and into the future. Love and hold each tight and remember the wonderful years that you all shared together.

    Love to you all

  • Mick was what the world needs more of. An honest, caring, all around good bloke. Always there for anyone who needed him. Work experience with Mick back in the day has lead me down the path I’m on today. So thankyou Mick, you will be sorely missed. My heart is with your family and friends today.

  • I have known Mick for 29 years. He was a great and loyal friend to me. He worked really hard for his family. He was always happy and was like a brother to me. He will never be forgotten and was taken to soon. May he rest in peace. Until we meet again dear friend.

  • Never has there been someone who gave so generously of his unsurpassed knowledge and experience with such a spirit of kindness and helpfulness that every contact with Michael was an occasion to look forward to for not only being enlightened by Michael's encyclopedic knowledge with an answer for everything but the joyous way in which he imparted it.
Michael was so much more than his professional ability, he treated you as 'family' with a genuine interest in you personally as much as he did professionally, forever humble with understanding and consideration for your well being and with the utmost of respect.
Missed so dearly at this time and remembered for all time.

  • Beautiful, gorgeous Fiona. I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I know there are no words to make this pain any easier however I hope you find strength in the love you shared, in the memories you created and also when you look in the eyes of your children that both you and Michael created. May god be with you all during this difficult time. RIP Michael.

  • I have admiration for Mick. I have nothing for praise for the way he lived his life as a respectable friend and human being. He caught the bus with me and a small number to MBE for six years and will always be remembered by me.
