  • One of the funniest things I remember about Stefan is when he tried to do accents of different people most notably my father. He loved the stories of my fathers trials and tribulations. One of them being the story of my father telling me with him that I had 'a fulltime job and with uncle Dominic it was only part time'. I love Stefan telling the stories and doing the accents, you couldn't help laughing along with him as his laugh was infectious. I loved how much he cared about the people that he loved. He was always asking me how I was going, if I was alright when it came to my life with kids, partners, jobs etc. A great great man with a heart of gold. I'll never forget you coach Stef.
