There's lots of great memories, but an especial favourite is the Mondays that together we'd take one year old Ben up to Kincumber for 'mums and bubs' swimming lessons. My sister Cathy gave the swimming lesson at a friendly little swim centre in Kincumber, near her home.
Frances NielsenAfterwards, we'd go to Cathy's place to have lunch; Wendy and I would alternate bringing a lunch 'feast' to Cathy's place for us to have. And, on our drive home, after Ben would drop off to sleep in the car, our 'guilty pleasure' was two pieces of 'chewy' each! We had to wait till Ben was asleep, because he was too young for 'chewy'.
And, do you remember when Jason was little and loved the vacuum cleaner? (He's always loved gadgets and technical things!) When we came over to your place, you'd get the vacuum out with all its pipes and hoses and he'd plug it and play away with it?
So many wonderful memories Wendy, of fun things we did as family together, and also times just sitting and chatting.
Love you!

My Aunty Wendy was always a very young thinking person. She was loads of fun and any time I spent with her was always a very happy time full of laughs. She loved music,. I am sure she is drinking a wine and rocking on. We will miss you heaps. Ree and Tony xxx

Jody RedfernI have so many wonderful memories of our Wendy from the time when I was 15 and acting all grown up arrived at Balgowlah Heights with a sponge cake got off the bus and dropped it upside down which we always giggled about to when we bought so much chicken for a BBQ at wisemans ferry as we were all going to be there the next day and forgot to take it out of the boot it was a hot day and the cask called and had to scamper the next morning and get more and when I was pregnant with Maddy she tried to organise me to play trampoline on my bed but it was too hard to climb the stairs! Wendy was always there with a cuddle and a glass of wine and ciggie and I miss her more than she could ever know!! She was always there no matter what and Maddy and I have loved her dearly all our lives!
